Overview
The collation of data is essential when identifying the scale of food poverty in Aberdeen. With this in mind, partners are encouraged to contribute monthly usage figures for their food banks.
In 2014, the Food Banks Partnership Aberdeen distributed over 13,000 emergency food parcels across the city. This is projected to rise to over 20,000 in 2015.
Below you will find data tables and charts for two of the partners. These act as a snapshot of food bank usage, and will contribute over time to building up a broader picture of poverty and deprivation in the city.
